The point of all of this is to show you, the perspective client, that I have what it takes to help you with your Real Estate transactions in a professional and ethical manor.

I have been married to my beautiful wife for 23 years, have one 14 year old boy and two step-sons ages 32 & 35!  Oh and a dog named Max.  I have been a Scout Master with boys 12 to 13 for 4 years and involved in Scouts for 7 years.   As a family we like to travel and go to movies.  We really like to visit places like Phoenix in the winter months if we can.

1 – You will get an agent that answers his phone or returns calls promptly.

You will not have to face the agony of someone that doesn’t answer the phone or never returns calls.  You will get me answering my phone or returning your call and not an answering service or my assistant.    Let me get to the most important aspect of answering my phone…TO SELL YOUR HOUSE or to FIND YOUR DREAM HOME.   For example, what if a buyer is driving by your home sees the sign and wants to look right now because they are in the area.  You want an agent answering so that buyer can look at your house.  What about when you want to talk to me?  I will be here to quickly answer your call.

2- Your paperwork will be organized and sent to where it belongs in a timely manner.

And there is a lot of paper work!   At Equity there are professionals that their job is to make sure all of the regulations and laws are followed in regards to your contracts and paper work.  Mekenzie, one of these professionals, once stated, “Gary you are always so thorough and complete with your contracts.  Thank You”.   Your transaction will never be held up because of a lack of tentativeness to your documents.

3- You can expect an effective Marketing plan.

There is more to marketing than putting your home on the Multiple Listing Service.  Not only will your home be listed on the MLS, your home will be featured on many national web sites to capture the national market, Equity’s in house agents will become aware of your property, and many other forms of marketing such as open houses, directional signs, mailings to neighbors just to name a few.  Your home will receive the upmost exposure to facilitate a quick sale.
